Patrick McKeown, a professional breathing practitioner and world-renowned author, graduated from Trinity College Dublin. As Patrick developed asthma from a very young age, he learned breathing exercises which later on brought his asthma under control. Based on the breathing training, Patrick then created the “Oxygen Advantage Program”. He has carried out this program in Russia, Australia, America and Europe, helping thousands of people improve their breathing technique.
